Charlie

Meet Charlie, our resident large-breed whisperer and all-around pet (and plant!) nurturer here at Paradise Pet Salon in Riverview, FL. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Charlie has a special gift for connecting with even the most challenging pups, bringing a calm, confident energy that instantly puts both pets and their parents at ease. Her expertise shines brightest when working with big dogs, where her gentle strength and patience have earned her plenty of wagging tails and loyal clients. And her care doesn’t stop with animals, Charlie is also the green thumb behind our lush backyard garden, lovingly tending to the plants that brighten up our new location. Whether it has fur or leaves, if it's in Charlie’s hands, it thrives.

Carmen

Carmen is the heart of Paradise Pet Salon, a true cornerstone of our team for over sixteen years. A masterful groomer with a gentle touch and a loving spirit, Carmen treats every pet, dog or cat, with the same care and dedication as if they were her own. Her work isn’t just grooming; it’s magic. Beyond her skills with scissors and clippers, Carmen is also a source of inspiration to the entire team. Her natural ability to uplift others, share insights, and mentor new team members has made her a guiding force in our salon. Liz

With over a decade of experience in the animal care industry, Liz is one of our most valued team members, and a driving force behind the growth of our boarding and daycare services at Paradise Pet Salon. Her knowledge and instincts are a true goldmine, helping us create a safe, enriching environment where every furry guest feels right at home. Since joining the Paradise family three years ago, Liz has truly come into her own, uncovering her passion and talent for working closely with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Her calm confidence, dedication, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or one-on-one attention in boarding, Liz brings warmth and heart to every interaction.

Tish

Tish joined Paradise Pet Salon just after last holiday season, and she’s been an essential part of our daily rhythm ever since. As the friendly voice behind the phones and the organized mind behind the screens, Tish keeps our front desk running like a well-oiled machine. From scheduling appointments and managing reservations to answering your questions and making sure every message is handled with care, she’s the first point of contact for many of our clients, and always leaves a warm impression. Whether you’re calling to book a grooming session, ask about our services, or just check in on your pup, chances are, it’s Tish who’ll greet you with a smile (and probably a few dog treats nearby). We’re lucky to have her keeping everything connected!

Kayla

Kayla may be the newest addition to our team, but she’s already making a big impression at Paradise Pet Salon. In a short time, she’s proven herself to be a natural, bringing a calm, composed energy that pets instantly respond to. Corrado

Corrado, a British-Italian small animal veterinarian, began a new chapter in Florida in September 2025 as the CEO of Paradise Pet Salon. With a strong background in veterinary care and a passion for pet wellness, he brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to the team, leading with compassion, innovation, and a commitment to elevating grooming and wellness experiences for every pet.
